Parcel tempered with

After I was told by Customer service that I need to fill in an enquiry form regarding my \****** parcel"and I did about over a month ago. everytime I call to follow up I am told by the call Centre staff that someone will contact me from claims dpt but no one calls me up to this day.<br> <br> This is a follow up complaint. I just need to know that if a customer fills an enquiry is there no one who will ever get back and tell me what is happening? I have done everything they asked me to do. I need to know what is being done with my enquiry? as I mentioned on the first complaint that I went to collect my parcel and I found it empty and the box tempered with.<br> <br> Pumla Bikani"""
