Parcel taking a ridiculously long time to be delivered

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>A parcel I ordered, was accepted by the Walmer Branch on 12 January. It is destined for the Krugersdorp Post Office. It was received at the Witspos hub on 17 January. It has still not been received at the Krugersdorp branch. It has been 12 working days. This is unacceptable. </p> <p> </p> <p>The tracking number is PE ********** 76ZA.</p> <p>I have contacted your customer services department but to no avail. Please see if you can resolve this issue.</p>
