Parcel stuck - SAPO

SA post office is ***********, parcel RI ********** 43ZA arrived at the Cape mail hub 20/08 then arrived @ the polokwane hub 29/08 and is still stuck there till today, that's a month now... I should have chosen other methods to receive my parcel. No more using SAPO.
