Parcel stuck JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB), Incomming Internation

Waiting for 3 months now for my parcel which was meant to be a Present. Stuck at JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB), Incomming International. No telephone numbers work,and no email responses. They even say you can go on the EMS website of the post office, which does not exist, so I guess their IT department just as useless. I thought with a new CEO (Mark Barnes), this bad service would have being sorted out by now, but who am I kidding. The most simple processes are not working.
