Parcel stuck in WITSPOS POST OFFICE

<p>Good day </p> <p> </p> <p>I sent through a parcel from Newcastle Post office for Sandton on the 4th of August. However when I track the parcel on the website it says last scanned in WITSPOS since the 8th of August. I called the customer services line and was informed that the parcel was infact in Benmore branch but when the customer arrived in Benmore they said the parcel was not in the post office and that is was in WITPOS. I have contacted the customer services line and also emailed the customer services team who asked for the tracking number have since not responded or updated me on my query !</p>
