Parcel Stuck in WITSPOS (HUB)

i have a parcel RB ********** 64SG that was shipped by air on the 03-08-2017, at present it shows as at WITSPOS (HUB), In transit where it has been since 22-09-2017. i cannot believe its taken more than 2 months to have a parcel not yet delivered and further to that just sitting in one place for such long periods of time!!! i am exceptionally disappointed, the alternative shipping method from the supplier was $50 vs the $7 i paid but it would have been worth every cent. highly unlikely to make use of SA Post office again based on this experience.
