Parcel stuck in WITSPOS

I'm so frustrated. I have a parcel stuck at WITSPOS that I urgently need as it has a dress for a wedding in it that's come from overseas and I am getting no word from them as to when it will be released. Tracking number II***ZA. Can I just physically go to WITSPOS and insist they find it or will that be a pointless exercise?
