Parcel stuck in the Mail Centre

<p> I have been waiting for 5 weeks for a parcel that was speedily shipped from Korea but has been stuck at the JHB Mail Centre according to ***. This is terrible Terrible service. I keep getting told of a backlog which i believe is complete *******.</p>
