Parcel stuck in Johannesburg for a month

Received an SMS stating I need to send an invoice to [Email Removed] I have sent 4 emails and none have been responded to. I have also tried to call every single number on SAPO's website and no one is answering their calls. So how exactly and when exactly will I get my parcel if no one is there to accept the documents they require from me? It's been 30 days already since it's been stuck in Johannesburg.<br> <br> How do I get my parcel?<br>
