Parcel stuck in JIMC

<p>We had documents sent from the UK 2months ago and still stuck in JIMC with status 'In transit'. The parcel had cleared customs with no movement after that. Have been trying every phone number and email address I can find but no answer or person cant help and no responses from emails. What do I do?</p>
