Parcel stuck in jhb int mail centre (hub)

<p>My parcel has been stuck in jhb int mail centre (hub) for almost two months now. The parcel was in the country 08 Jan 2017, cleared through customs only on 20 jan 2017.</p> <p>I have been tring to call the jhb int mail centre (hub) for over a week now, with no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>should it really take this long for an international parcel ??????</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
