Parcel stuck from January!!!

<p>My parcel has since been "In Johannesburg, the transfer of customs" status from the 21st of January 2017. The most frustrating part is that no one ever answers call at the JHB MAIL CENTRE. I tried so many times! Please tell me where my parcel is and when am I getting it. Tracking number: RJ ********** 50CN. This is absolutely unacceptable! Who waits for a parcel for over 6 months? Even if it was from another planet I sure should have got it by now. Can someone please be helpful for a change!</p>
