Parcel stuck at Witspost from 21/08/2017 till today Tracking number II***ZA

I have a parcel that took a day from Cape Town but till today its still stuck at Witspost. Its almost a month later now. How long does it take to deliver a parcel from witspost to Northlands post office noting that these two branches are both in johannesburg? If it can take a day for the parcel to be shipped from Capemail why does it take sooo long to get it to a local branch?

I do not think such a service even deserves a 1 in the rating.
