Parcel stuck at Witspos Hub for 3weeks

<p>Parcel number PE ********** 04ZA was sent out on the 15th of June 2016 and landed o Witspos hub on the 16th of June and got stuck till today, which makes it 20 days now and the destination is Cradock . I can tell from the complaints and compliments ratio that sapo is a sinking ship..had I known that this is the type of service offered I would have opted for alternative shipping from reliable companies since post office is no longer a dedicated service provider that it used to be some years ago.</p> <p>I am so disappointed.</p>
