Parcel stuck at Witspos hub

Parcel number RD***ZA was posted 17 February 2016 and it has been stuck at Witspos since the 23 February 2016. I have called the post office multiple times and they keep telling me that is was last scanned at Witspos. This is a very important delivery to me.
