Parcel stuck at Witspos hub

My parcel was dispatched to Witspos hub on June 6, 2019. Until today July 10, 2019 I can't get hold of the hub. Luckily someone answered once and ask to hold for parcel department. Then.... time went on and no answer from that department. HEY GUYS, this is documents. PLEASE deliver it to the recipients??? Why keep it there for so long???
