Parcel stuck at Witspos HUB

My parcel has been sent to Boksburg North post office that I believe is close to Delivery address and then returned to Witspos and haven't moved since. Parcel RB ********** 62HK can be delivered to any Boksburg Post office ill drive there because i cant collect from a HUB Please help!!!!
