Parcel stuck at Wits Pos Hub

<p>i ordered a parcel that i NEED sooo urgently and paid for the delivery via post office. my parcel was last scanned at WITSPOS HUB on the 26th of May 2016 and today, 3 weeks later, it has not reached me. i've been trying to call but in vain. i asked to collect at the carlton centre branch. This is so frustrating because had i known this is the kind of service i'll receive i would opted for other delivery methods. i desperately need that parcel</p>
