Parcel stuck at WITPOS(HUB)

My parcel, RI***ZA, has been stuck at WITPOS (HUB) since the 27th of June. I have tried calling the call center for assistance but all the agents are busy, I was on hold for more than 30 minutes and eventually had to hang up the phone. Is there a way that I can go myself to WITSPOS (HUB) and collect my parcel since its hard for them to sent my parcel to Randburg?
