Parcel stuck at Witpos Hub (over 6 weeks delivery from OR Tambo to Pretoria)

My parcel has taken over 6 weeks to move from OR Tambo post office to Witpos (currently stuck) to Pretoria. Please escalate the situation and provide me feedback as this is an excessive period to deliver a parcel.

In addition, I have received no feedback from contacting customer care on the situation.
