Parcel Stuck at Witpos Hub

Parcel number PA***ZA was sent out on the 17 February 2016 and landed to Witspos hub on the 18 February and got stuck till today, which makes it 19 days now and the destination is RAF Document Management Services Private Bag X02 Johannesburg 2001. Sapo has a no credibility left. Had I known that this is the type of service offered I would have opted for alternative shipping from reliable companies.
