PARCEL STUCK AT WITBOS (HUB)

I have a parcel that has been stuck at the Witbos (hub) for now 8 days and other parcels I have received thereafter this one have arrived!

Could someone please let me know why as I cannot get through to the Witbos hub as no one answers the phones and this is truly frustrating me!
