Parcel stuck at Tshwane HUB for more than 7 days

I ordered an item from a company in Johannesburg. They were more than efficient regarding the order and sensing the parcel. I was told it would take 5-7 working days to reach the post office close to me in Pretoria and for a notification slip to be delivered to my physical address. After 8 days I decided to track it via the post office website and it said it was last scanned 26/06/2015 at Tshwane HUB at 21:45 . It has not left Tshwane HUB since. The tracking code is PE***ZA.
