Parcel stuck at Post Office pick-up centre

I paid R350 extra on postage to have express delivery on a parcel. Got to South Africa from the States in record time, but has been stuck at the Post Office pick-up point for the last 17 days. <br> <br> Have been trying various numbers to get a hold of someone who can tell me why it's not been delivered to my local post office, but no one answers the phone (even after 20 minutes on hold)<br> <br> My tracking number is EC***US but no way of getting the South African tracking number. <br> <br> So disappointed in SAPO!<br> <br>
