Parcel stuck at Johannesburg International mail centre

<p>We have a parcel stuck at Johannesburg international mail centre since 07/02/2017. Had a few parcels posted a day before and the arrived withing 3 weeks. Tried calling all the numbers for the mail centre but it never gets picked up</p> <p>Tracking number is CN 037 122 152 ZA and CN 037 122 166 ZA</p> <p>Wonder if we are ever going to recieve the posted items</p>
