Parcel stuck at JIMC for more than a month

The South African post office is a joke. An item was shipped to be on the 3rd of April from the UK. It left the UK on the 4th of April, and was only scanned in South Africa on the 13th of May!! It has since sat at "JIMC" since then (for more than a month!), and nothing has happened. All the numbers I've called never answer the phone, and all the emails I send are never rep**** to. This service is disgusting.
