Parcel stuck at JIMC for 12 days and no answer

I have a parcel stuck at JIMC since 2015/06/14 (tracking number RI***ZA). I have tried emailing (no response yet) and calling (no answer and it just cuts out). I've tried all the numbers I could find, none will pick up.<br> <br> None of these numbers pick up: 011 961 ***.<br> <br> I have called my local post office and the parcel has not arrived there.<br> <br> Please help me to figure out how to get the parcel moving again, I can even pick it up from JIMC directly.<br> <br> Really getting anxious to get the parcel but it seems JIMC is behind a curtain of silence.
