Parcel stuck at JIMC C AIR PRIORITY MAIL PARCELS

Hi I have a package sent to me from the US and it landed at JIMC C Air , Priority Mail Parcels on the 9th October 2019. No one is answering their phones .... I have wasted alot of money calling from my cell phone. I have waited on the line in excess of 20 minutes everytime and no one answers. I need my parcel urgently and cannot accept this poor service Tracking no HJ***US
