Parcel stuck at JIMC A for over 2 months

Awaiting an international parcel which has been stuck at the JIMC A (Johannesburg International Mail Center) for more than 2 months now, since it arrived in SA on 27 November 2019. Today is 31 Jan 2020. Tracked parcel on the Post Office's website and called the telephone number but do not get any answer. Really disappointed.
