Parcel stuck at JIMC A and noone answers calls

Parcel has been stuck at Jhb International Mail Centre (Hub) since the 11 May 2015, tracking says 'held by customs' meaning it has still not left the hub.<br> <br> No one is responding to phone calls . I've been holding ever day for call centre for over 30 minutes till I hang up.<br> <br> Can someone please tell me what the delay is and how I can get my parcel delivered. Is there a strike I don't know about? This is unacceptable<br> Tracking numbers are: RK***CN,RK***CN,RK***CN<br> <br> This is all the same item. The company has to keep resending because I'm not getting it only to find it's stuck at JIMC. Can someone please tell me when it will be delivered thanks.<br> <br> Mandy
