Parcel stuck at JIMC A AIR for 3 months

I have a parcel that arrived at JIMC A AIR on 11 March 2019 and it is still there now, 3 months after it’s arrival. The service is terrible. I have tried to call all the numbers I could find on the post office website but there are no answers , I even sent emails but I haven’t received any replies there either. I am very upset about this, a parcel stuck at customs for 3 months and more is absolutely ridiculous and the fact that you cannot reach anybody there is even more ridiculous.Not happy.
