Parcel stuck at JIMC

I have a parcel stuck at JIMC since 2015/06/24 (tracking number RL***CN). I have tried emailing (no response yet) and calling (no answer and it just cuts out). I've tried all the numbers I could find, none will pick up.<br> <br> None of these numbers pick up: 011 961 ***.<br> <br> Please help me to figure out how to get the parcel to my local post office.<br> <br> Thank you.<br> <br> <br>
