Parcel Stuck At JIMC
Hi there,

I've had the good fortune of being gifted with an item from a friend in Norway. Both he and I were expecting this parcel to arrive a few weeks ago however it is still stuck at JIMC. The parcel has been here for more than 10 days, and I have been unable to contact JIMC telephonically. Where is my parcel now, and when can I expect it to arrive in Cape Town? Why has this process taken such a long time?

Shipping Number: ***
Package Number: CD***NO
