Parcel Stuck At JIMC

My parcel is stuck with the JIMC for 3weeks now and I feel that the service is pathetic because it can't take that long for a parcel to scanned, and when we phone the customer care on ********** 006 or all the other numbers I don't get any answer. can someone please assist me because I need my parcel urgently.
