Parcel stuck at JIMC

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I had sent an EMS Parcel from India. These are important SAQA documents. Tracking number for this parcel is EM ********** 94IN. This parcel seems to be stuck in JIMC with status "Send item to Customs" since 25th Nov 2016, 7pm. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please could you check and help move it further.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Amrish</p>
