Parcel Stuck at JHBNET HUB

My parcel TC***ZA was supposed to arrive on the 30th of JUne in Germiston but when i went there i was told it hasnt arrived yet. When i track it it is said that it was last scanned in JHB NET on the 1st of July,tried calling your customer care line but i was put on hold for a long time and couldnt go through.
