Parcel stuck at JHBNET

MY parcel was sent to me by Speed Service with tracking number TA***ZA and still stuck at JHBNET for over 2 seeks and nobody can help. <br> <br> I tried calling the Speed Service and the SA Post Office not no one answers. I sent an email to the customer services email and have not received any response. <br> <br> I am asking myself what is the point of having a contact number if you will not be picking up the phone and not responding to emails. <br> <br> The service at the SA Post Office is just horrible to say the least. I want to use my parcel!!<br>
