Parcel STUCK at JHB Internation Mail Center HUB

I have ordered a parcel in October , when i track it it shows that it is at JHB International mail Center (HUB) since 27 November 2019. i am in Secunda, Mpumalanga. How do i go about receiving my parcel? one pays money for this. Please assist .
