Parcel stuck at JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB)

My parcel arrived on august 21 and it is stuck at JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB), the SA Post Office does not give me an answer and it is over one month since it arrived, not even calling them and I don't know what else to do, oh by the way it took like three months to show the parcel arrived, when will they deliver it?
