PARCEL STUCK AT JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB)

I ordered a birthday present online and the parcel arrived at JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) on Friday, August 11, 2017 07:29:00. (Incomming International). It was then sent to JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) To Customs on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 14:05:00. It is now 2 weeks later and still no parcel has been delivered to my post box in Sabie, Mpumalanga. My friends birthday is on the 2nd September in 2 days time. Hoping for the best but it doesnt look promising
