Parcel stuck at JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB)

I received a parcel from USA on the 14th of October 2015. The parcel's tracking number RI***za shows that it was last scanned on the 22nd of October 2015 and that's it. I have gone to my local SAPO to see if it was received but they do not have it , I have phoned the call centre, the agent helping Lwandle Macanda is very helpful but I cannot say the same for the JIMC Customer services who he has sent 6 emails since the 21 November 2015 but its seems they just ignore, I would like to have my parcel please asap.
