parcel stuck at jhb int mail centre

My parcel sent from Germany arrived at the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) on 2017/10/06 and has not moved from there. From reading the numerous complaints I have gathered that I cannot expect it any time soon. Can I collect my parcel there? Has anyone tried to do so?
