Parcel stuck at JHB Hub for more than a month!!!!!!

<p>I posted a small parcel to Europe 5 May 2017 and until now it is still at JHB Hub. Tracking number is RJ03****658ZA.</p> <p>I tried calling several times and after 20 minutes listening to a recorded message , I gave up. I also sent an email to support a week ago - no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think I will definately use DHL or FEDEX next time and pay the extra money.(well worth it!! This is absolutely shocking and if I had used a courier company , the parcel would have taken 3-5 days.</p>
