Parcel stuck at customs

My parcel from India with tracking number RI ********** 60ZA has now been stuck at JIMC (Joburg International Mail Centre) for over a month (since 22 April 2018) and I have not received any updates or requests to get it delivered to me. I have sent the invoice to the mail address provided and have tried the help lines of both the SA Post Office and EMS.

Please help!
