Parcel stuck at customs
Parcel from China with tracking number: RG***CN arrived at JIMC A on 27 Feb. On 4 March, it says held by customs at JIMC A. It is now 18 March. What is happening with my parcel and when will it get through customs into the SAPO network for delivery?

Your item was received in the country on 27/002/2015 and has been allocated local reference RI***ZA.It is currently at customs since 04/03/15 and we do try to deliver all goods within time scales set as according the UPU, however sometimes, orders can be delayed due to circumstances out of our control such in your case , being held a customs.
We are truly sorry for the delay and please allow a little more time for it to be assessed and cleared. Once this process is complete it will then be released and forwarded to your local branch.
