Parcel Stuck at Cape Mail Hub

<p>I was sent a parcel from Pretoria through the post office on June 23rd and it arrived at Cape Mail Hub on June 27th. Since then, the mail have been at Cape Mail Hub stuck and with no updates. I have gone to the Post Office and they told they are waiting for the mail to arrive close to them.</p> <p>I have called the call center and no one answers. Also the tracking doesnt work, had to use a different website to track the parcel. Post Office what is happening, where is my parcel.</p>
