Parcel stuck

My parcel is still in transit at witspos (hub) post office since monday the 29th of january 2018. Its the 5th of february 2018 already and its supposed to be delivered to south hills. Ive sent emails and been calling witspos (hub) post office and no feed back has been givin. When will my parcel arive? This is just rediculious!
