Parcel stuck

You can always be rest assured that a parcel will reach the recipient soon once it leaves this hub..but it has to at least remain in this hub for a minimum of 3 days. Parcel number PE***ZA has been stuck in this hub since from the 30 June 2015..now its 3 days of fruitless waiting. SAPO is no longer the same..i wonder if ever there is quality improvement plans in this organisation..pathetic service indeed.
