Parcel Stuch at Durmail and SARS Customs unreachable

I have a parcel stuck at Durmail for a week now, i urgently need this parcel but i was told to contact sars by the post office to fidn out why my parcel is detained by them, i cant get hold of them inany of the numbers given and ive sent umber of emails with no reply as well..kindly assist my tracking number is IJ ********** 86ZA i should have taken this parcel to my aunt to prepare for h er ****ing, I had to cancel my flight this past weekend since i couldnt fly without it,,kindly contact me and send an invoce so i can get this! please!! these peopledont even try and get hold of you,does it not occur to them that these parcels migh tbe important????? this is honestly ridiculous
