Parcel ******

Last year in July bought a phone overseas and the parcel was last seen in the post office near OR Tambo in August 2021. Investigations were made and the parcel was ****** that day, now the post office acknowledged that the phone disappeared in they premises. Now I logded a complaint with ICASA and im still waiting for they reply. Now post Office is only willing to give me R1000 only when the phone was R3000.
